Massage

My goal is to relieve your pain

Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish or Relaxation Massage is the most common form of massage for general relaxation. This type of massage incorporates long gliding strokes, kneading, friction and light to medium pressure to increase blood flow and release toxins from the muscles. It is relaxing, invigorating and feels good.

Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Therapy
Most of us have trigger points… small areas of muscle tenderness or “knots” that develop due to muscular, skeletal or functional changes that take place in our bodies over time and use. In Neuromuscular Therapy, the massage therapist gently identifies these areas of spasm and applies direct pressure to relieve pain and restore function of the muscle. It is a very precise and effective treatment, especially if initially done frequently until symptoms subside.
